The Private Coaching Program is broken down into 5 parts:
STEP 1: CLARITY AND INSIGHT
Set a wellness vision and 3-month goals.
Ditch the diet mentality and define an authentic healthy body and mind.
STEP 2: BODY IMAGE HEALING WORK
Let go of negative self-talk and cultivate self-compassion and body acceptance.
STEP 3: BODY AWARENESS AND MINDFUL EATING
Learn to listen to what your body is trying to tell you to identify true hunger and feelings of fullness.
STEP 4: OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL EATING
Explore the root causes behind emotional eating and consider the strategies for breaking through the negative circle.
STEP 5: BECOMING AUTHENTIC AND FREE
Taking a gentle approach to nutrition and movement while enjoying you who truly are.

Here’s how to get started.
Step 1. Schedule a free 15 min Discovery session.
Step 2. Fill out my short questionnaire and hit “send”. Before we jump on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.
Step 3. At the scheduled time of our discovery session, we’ll discuss specifics and answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Step 4. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
