My counselling sessions are individually tailored to help with:

We all need support at some point in our lives. To ask for help is often the most challenging step, but once you have taken that step you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.

I will guide you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and power so that you begin to understand and heal those limitations that are holding you back from being everything that you could ever want in this life.​

Here’s how to get started.

Step 1. Schedule a 15 min Discovery Session by clicking the button below.

Step 2. Fill out my short questionnaire and hit “send”. Before we jump on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of working with me.

Step 3. At the scheduled time of your Discovery Session, I’ll answer your questions. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

Step 4. Then we’ll get started. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
