WHAT I OFFER
GENTLE NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING
Using a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition and lifestyle, this 4-week programme is specially tailored to help you achieve your goals, whether if it is boosting your energy, sleep better or finding joyful movement. You will be able to into what you want and need so you make food and lifestyle choices from a place of self-care rather than a place of control and restriction.
This programme includes 5 sessions and integrates holistic counselling skills with Intuitive Eating coaching to help you understand the deeper connection between your eating habits and emotions, break free from the diet mindset, and heal your relationship with food and your body. You will leave feeling a sense of more freedom, self-connection, and self-acceptance.

I’m a qualified holistic counsellor and a non-diet nutrition and lifestyle coach. I’m deeply passionate about helping others reach the same freedom I now enjoy without my food and body obsession.
Using health care frameworks, such as Intuitive Eating and Body Image Healing, as well as different holistic counselling skills, I support my clients to build a healthy relationship with food and their body, while building lasting habits and behaviour change to find sustainable health, peace and balance.
